I think I speak for many people when I say we are embarrassed to live in a country run by a wanna-be king/dictator/pope, take your pick. Never has our country had a felon, pathological liar, sexual abuser, bully, narcissistic sociopath as president & watch him defy all rules and laws in real time. His admin is filled by friends with no experience or training for their positions. All are self-absorbed & duck-walking behind a man whose only purpose is to make money for himself & oligarch buddies. We were the most powerful nation in the world led by respected, politicians who tried to make the US a better place to live. Now we have a fascist whose demonstrated that he doesn't care about laws and anyone who isn't white & straight. Tourists don't want to visit & Americans are moving out. After another 3.5 years of tRump's epic displays of corruption & ignoring our Constitution, I can't imagine what America will look like or if it will ever recover to its pre-trump era.
