He's the definition of what a hospitality experience is. Let me break it down. The restaurant industry is flawed due to the fact that you have 2 guest experiences. One is the external and the other is the internal. We have a Principal that gives 1000% of that internal experience in his school. That men is single handedly changing the course of this country. The power of one is amazing!

and I like the way you snuck that in there that was pretty shady but yeah you're right I'm not a fan of the school system the way it's set up the way it's wrong no not at all I wasn't a fan of it in the sixties or the 70s or the 80s no it's changed some yes but I can't save for the better I wish I could say for the better but we all know I'd be lying if I said that things have to be done we have to screen the teachers not just walk them in find out their background see what they've been doing before they are trusted with our kids

I had ONE principle/ teacher like this. Made my childhood AND I WENT TO 9 DIFFERENT SCHOOLS SENSE MIDDLE SCHOOL.

I don't disagree with you regarding public education. advanced education, which you pay for, is where there's a strong focus on independent thought and critical thinking
this day and age you got to be very very very very careful about dealing with kids. some kids can make very serious accusations that can ruin an adult's life. super cool that he does this but getting too close to those kids can be a liability. I'm sure most teachers and faculty keep their arms length distance because of the risk of being falsely accused
