I stabbed a kid once back in 7th grade. 2 bullies were doing what they do best. Before I knew it, I blacked for a few seconds and woke up to see me holding a pencil with blood on the tip. The other kids told me that I sharpened my pencil and shanked him in the rib. This is my all time favorite story to tell because self-defense is self-defense I was and still am proud of myself for sticking up for myself for once.

In my state and many others he’s going to prison for this. You must fear for your life to use a deadly weapon. No jury would ever find that either two of these dudes feared for their life as it was only a couple simple blows that could have been stopped without a knife. I dont know if what world two men would fear a heavy set short female so mich that they think their life is endanger.
