I have an easier better recipie.Buy butter milk 1 quart. Beat until forms butter add 1tsp. vanilla & pinch salt , after you drain off skim milk then refrigerator for breakfast ceral in morning.Shape or put in covered bowl. Let get cold. Here is home made butter!
