The video is too short to show who's responsible. Hard to tell what the bikers were doing but car was doing some aggressive driving, not defensive driving. He not only knocked biker off road he lost control of his car because of it. Could have killed biker & himself & anyone else in his path.

Most commenters agreed as I do, the car was impatient with bikers & pulled out in front of the guy on the bike when it was unsafe to do so. He should have stayed behind & not got caught in the middle of them as there clearly wasn't enouroom. He put a lot of people in danger as well as himself.
