She isn't doing or saying anything wrong. He makes it seem like she made his reservation personally, and clearly, it was a third party who booked him. Telling her she's angry doesn't make it so. He continues to ask the same question in hopes that she'll become irrate.

I had that happen to me with Priceline.. and the date picked and reservation made… got there… and you guess it! No room available! Even though it was booked two months in advance. Showed the hotel the booking and all but they didn’t have anything for me. The hotel manager helped me get a room else AND got with the customer service for Priceline and the comped me for my 3day reservation!! That manger was not playing!! 😹

People need to understand that when you make a reservation online with a 3rd party, ANY issues like this fall on the 3rd party!!! This poor woman is just trying to do her job, SHE didn’t take all of those reservations personally and overbook the motel 🤷🏻‍♀️ I understand his frustration too but damn, did being rude and disrespectful get him a room there? Nope! He still had to go somewhere else and he fucked up her night

I’ve been there with third party sites. Sometimes they don’t confirm with the hotel if they have a room or not. It sucks but it’s not her fault or the hotel.

another thing, is there a dress code at the hotel she works at? I have never been in the hotel where by the person working there looks like they're about to work in an underground club. in my lifetime I have stayed at hella hotels and motels and they all have a dress code. her dress code is not it. another point, she thought he was going to say something and she didn't let him finish his statement so that tells me you are already assuming his comment before he even makes the comment. what's up with that? He's really trying to make something more out of this situation.I personally went through a similar situation which ended in a very different outcome which was not favorable for me.If the clerk would've been half as accommodating as this one here, things would've worked out better for me. Some ppl won't admit it, but this clearly has racial undertones to it. People who are privileged and feel entitled are actually some of the worst people that exist.The sad part is not only do they not know better, they're quick to play the victim. Damn Shame!!!

People acting like they don’t know what she’s doing are blind as flhell and deaf . He had a run in with her earlier in the day he said and suddenly after that the place is booked and she keeps repeating the same exact thing and huffing and puffing and all is low key ignorance on purpose. She thinks she’s cute for this. She says she’s good and he didn’t even finish more than two words into a sentence and she don’t want to be recorded when she notices it because she knows this isnt gonna go well for her. They’ll be able to see what she did with his room that was clearly open earlier before she and him had an earlier issue . She got mad as fuck when he asked her to call the place to make sure he wasn’t gonna waste more time. Between knowing she’s gonna have issues for her actions and him asking her to make sure it’s ok to go to other place,she couldn’t keep her smart ass cute shit up no longer and don’t need permission hun.

I used 2 work front desk @ hotel, n alot of things can happen.....maintenance issues, wich close a room down, also housekeeping is gone n people had 2 switch rooms due 2 a multiple of reasons, stfu leave this girl alone, I'd lost it on u!!!!

Being that I worked in the hotel business for 20 years your guaranteed a room not necessarily there it’s in writing hotels are first come first serve and if over booked they will send you to another hotel on them until the next day this lady is doing her just again your guaranteed a room not necessarily there a room can be anywhere he’s just being a sick and not listening to her he recorded her to make her look crazy and the fact that it’s a third party that makes it crazier boy boy great job to the front desk agent

she handled this very well I work at the front desk of a major chain hotel and it isn't always easy when you get a rude or someone blaming you personally like this Ralph did. wasn't her fault the third party booker overbooked the hotel. I've had them do that at our hotel more than a few times. kudos to you young lady for not getting mad or rude and acting in a professionally way!

people don't understand once they go through a third party that's on the third party if they book you with the hotel room and the hotel was already booked that has nothing to do with the hotel that has everything to do with the third party I tell guess all the time book through the hotel it's not worth it to try and get a couple of dollars off the room because if something goes wrong third parties are such a hassle for the guests

This happens all the time. It’s stressful for employees because they’re put in a tough position and there’s nothing they did or could do to prevent it. I hated third party bookings for this reason. They always overbook the hotel and there’s nothing the hotel can do. She’s got excellent composure. Her front desk manager should be proud.

People really have a hard time understanding that when they order or book something through a third party that you made that choice not the clerk or delivery person or restaurant employee. You chose to place your order through an unrelated company. When there’s an issue you have to deal with the third party not the clerk or employee. They didn’t book you… the third party you chose to use did. They don’t have your money or even the ability to refund anything most cases cuz your third party has it. Quite being an ass to people just trying to do their jobs cuz you ordered something through a third party and the third party messed up your order.

Ooh we experience this in Tallahassee, FL. They gave our Handicap Room away after we called them and they assured us we still had our room. The room was booked days prior, and the place was nasty, and so much more. The manager was very rude, no housekeepers only every other day. They forgot the power of the pen, and that picture says 1000 words. I wrote a letter, attached pictures. We cleaned our own room. This is the craziness we deal with now🤦🏾🤦🏾🤦🏾😤😤😤😤
