The companies in Maryland got together and decided they wanted cheaper labor so they hit up their congressmans and they made it happen. why do you think they don't want illegals out of the country? you know they don't get paid workman's comp. if they get hurt on a job they don't pay federal income taxes and when they say that they do it's because some companies and I used to work for one pay one of their people and he pays all the rest out of his pocket. so technically one of them does pay income tax but all the rest don't
