This is crazy he should be in USA
Why did he have an immigration hearing scheduled? He had a green card for years, so why the hearing? Because he most likely has a criminal conviction that made him deportable. When you don’t show for immigration court, the judge rules on the evidence, the criminal records. In this case the immigration judge issued a deportation order. When they finally came across him, they arrested him. While detained in Lumpkin, GA every detainee has plenty of access to phones and lawyers. He just didn’t have enough to overcome the deportation order.
