Because of the elimination Obama care employers will not have to pay their share of the healthcare. That means the employees picks up the entire amount and pays for their healthcare directly to an insurance company. Employer sponsored Obama care was a group plan which offered much cheaper rates for the employer and the employee. Those are gone now. This is a huge tax break for employers.
