If they are here illegally they have no social security number. No social security number makes it imposdible they are paying any witholding taxes on their wages which is illegal. They are guilty of breaking another federal law besides federal immigration law. Furthermore the IRS should investigate any business found to be employing illegal immigrants and if that business's owners are found guilty of not witholding taxes on the earnings if their employees they are also guilty of violating federal law.
