It's already been established that Democrats admit to refusing to negotiate with Republicans to open the government back up. trump doesn't have to be present to open the government back up.

In the Senate it takes 60 votes, meaning it is the Democtrats fault since they keep voting aganinst the C.R. when the Republicans are voting yes. What he is not stating is that the Senate takes more than a simple majority and the Democrats keep blocking the C.R. from being allowed to be passed in the Senate.

I will say that the president found a way to pay our military and essential workers but the democrats refused to give them the votes they needed. In addition, aren’t the democrats also requesting outrageous amounts of funds for their own political agenda? I believe they are doing everything possible to make sure the American people struggle.
