my wife and I can't work bc of reasons for 1 2 I better get my food stamps this week bc the government want to be dicks and treat us Americans like oh land of the free how is America free with this crap going on punishing us ppl that are on disability checks and ppl that have food stamps like we don't freaking matter srry I'm a blunt person got a problem with it that's a u problem not me problem

I'm disabled and so is my husband we can't even get out of bed cause of our disabilities I'm 38 and he's 36 and there's no way to work we can barely move, so I don't think the disabled should be told we're getting freebies from the government, millions and millions of Americans are disabled some receiving benefits and some waiting and some that are to sick to even try to apply, so not every one is mooching off the government, now people who have kids for benefits or quit working to get them because there lazy that's one thing, but please don't put us all in the same category, because (starting to 😭 cry) I wish I could work and I could be out in the fresh air and walk and do things everyone does, but unfortunately disabilities do not allow it. if I was on the other side of the spectrum, and had to pay for impoverished and disabled people and children through My taxes, I would feel dang good about being able to help others eat!
The cost of everything has gone up so much that people born in the 70s and 80s were able to buy houses and food and everything they needed on a choice of a one income budget people should look at the real numbers do your own research snap helps so many people and children

If they’d raise the minimum wage and require everybody get paid enough to be able to afford rising costs it might not be as bad. Yall gotta understand some people on these programs need them for many good reasons. Not everybody that’s on it shouldn’t be. Low income meaning they make very little money. For many reasons.

What are we supposed to do for food. If Trump would stop spending money on his stupid things like his golden dance floor and all the other stupid stuff he's spending money on that has nothing to do with the people he is supposed to serve. He is taking money from the people and spending it on himself. That's what he is using the tariffs for-himself!

People Food stamps are funded until the end of the quarter is way passed Jan so unless the government stays shut down until Jan or April of 2026 It won’t happened though because the government has only a certain amount of time even when shut down food stamps are good all the way till April or longer of 2026 the government will be back up way before that
I work and pay my own taxes and still need and get stamp for the silly people that’s say go to work or y’all paying taxes. If you don’t know try it or it’s not need!!! Half of y’all have bankruptcy on your name, so I hope you got what you needed before than

Let me break it down, you get a $1000 paycheck, after taxes you bring home $800, you then take the $800 and use it to buy a car/house/groceries or whatever it is that you purchase and guess what?????? That $800 paycheck “AFTER TAXES” you again have to pay taxes AGAIN on the money that was already taxed. It makes no sense. I hope funding doesn’t restore, I hope the government fails, I hope they stay shut down for good, they do nothing but control us, and we(us) allow them to because everyone is so afraid to stand together. If you sit home and don’t work they will give you all kinds of assistance, but if your a working class human and you fall behind and try to obtain temporary assistance they will say “you make to much money” when really minimum wage isn’t enough for a single person to live. We really need to stand together and take control again, make America America again!
I'm older and disabled my husband took his life 11 years ago no pension cause he lost his job right before he died I payed taxes for years but we have a cpl food places but they don't you enough this all Trump's fault he just had to cut so much now they don't know what to do so ppl who get 150 a month and that's barely enough I still have to throw in a cpl bucks I have tons of specialists and meds and I have 20 percent of Medicaid this is ridiculous so trump can have his extra money for his 200 million dollar ballroom in the white house etc etc they don't wanna have to cut anyone because most of us have been cut to the bone a few mos bk I've never in my life seen a cruel hopeless president like trump many will suffer he's such garbage
