Well, you left out a whole lot of information there, so let me fill it in. First, he was not recognized by the majority of governments worldwide to be the valid president of Venezuela. Secondly, He will be in trial for harming US citizens. Thirdly, Venezuelan presidents are not covered by our constitution like Trump is. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think Trumps adjudication is still being resolved at the appellate level.🤔 These kinds of things are never simple.
