It seems more like Antifa-style stuff, but Antifa just fights fascists. They can be violent, but usually against property or far-right groups, not random civilians, so they’re not really a terror cell.
the shooter was described as having no professional training and very little practice, the shot was said to be taken by a professional and described as difficult.
