Free speech doesn't mean free from consequences
Guess what employers don't want those kinds of people working for them. You have freedom of speech to say what you want. You do have consequences for those actions as well. It's called accountability for your actions If I owned a business I sure as fuck wouldn't want despicable hate-filled people working and representing my company
