It is ridiculous to ask that question. I am supportive of private citizens being allowed to own a gun for home defense. That, in no way, means that I think you can take your gun anywhere you please. In a large public event, at an airport, etc, there will always be regulations. Why do people refuse to acknowledge a difference?! Just because a person believes in the 2nd amendment does NOT MEAN they believe in NO gun control!! Why would you assume such a ridiculous thing?

If you're going to have an armed security detail with you, you need to get approval and get everyone checked in with the event security personnel upon arrival. Especially due to the events leading up to this, I don't have or see any problem with that person being arrested. Blame it on your boss, not the event staff.!!!!
