I'm pretty sure she was told more than once to move or get out of the way. And seeing that she's a grown @$$ woman. So anything after being told once to move or get out of the way is one too many times. Then you can call that with the aid of reinforced learning. She learned what happens when you don't listen.
Police, Ice Feds it doesn't matter. Unless a woman is literally threatening the life of someone you don't lay hands on them. This shows you how these men were raised improperly. They are straight garbage and should be sued, fired and even in many cases brought up on charges of police brutality.
