she's rather ignorant....having physical ability for a job that may need physical ability is just common sense.
One never knows what kind of physical ability you’re going to need as an FBI agent. I’m sure you’re gonna need to run at times you’re probably gonna need to take down bad guys at times and being fit for the job I don’t think is unreasonable to pass an exam proving that. Have you ever seen what firefighters have to go through during their training? Do you think they have to go through this training just to hold a water hose? Of course not, they need to be able to carry those hoses up multiple flights of stairs, ladders, and carry people out of burning houses, it’s part of their job description. I think an FBI agent should be required to do many pull-ups.

just a mumbling and rambling liberal woman. a fine example of why jobs have standards for a reason. this is why dei doesn't work. like when my dad had a life or death medical event. me and another man at the hospital had to load him in the ambulance. cause the 2 women round as they were tall. couldn't lift him and put him in the ambulance. now they have electric beds that help lift whole in. but ive still seen where fire or law enforcement have to load people. cause out of shape women unable to do the job. just like where I work. Plenty of participation trophy winners in skilled labor positions. that are unable to do the job. so the few have to support the many if you want a job. so i wish it was off merit and ability and nothing else.

You need to be in shape and if one pull up is required that’s not difficult. It gets worse when your lack of physical strength prohibits your ability to do your job. It’s the same in the military

Yes there is a difference! When we had to do pull ups for president JFK medal at Quantico where I lived, we did stand slanted in a trench to do the pull up. If we could climb a rope too, we still passed. If he’s demanding straight up pull up, that could be a problem physically hurting a person. He maybe trying to eradicate all women’s applicability to apply at all! Now that’s the wrong!
