Trump is the man, people don’t get in trouble then you don’t have to worry about it, it’s just common sense
Awww i hope that means the next time Trump gets in trouble he can’t get out on a Rec bond anymore 😆
no more get out of jail for free🙏
The good will suffer with the bad ppl, too. some are innocent & should be free. While others can be framed
If people can’t afford to buy themselves out of jail then maybe they shouldn’t be committing crimes. 🤔
Cashless bail, called the Safe-T act has been a total failure in Illinois, where perps are put back on the streets only to repeat the crimes!!
I don't know who came up with cashless bail ??? you should resign cz this means you can commit a crime and release and do it again and this is what most criminals do this makes them feel its OK to commit due to release just doesn't make since just uncivil and Stupid 🤔🤔🤔🙄🫡
It is a waste of tax money and lives for demanding cash to a homeless man for trespassing. Minor traffic laws should be cashless as well. Jails should only be for people who need to be there. 🤔😲
so... is this eliminating release on own recoganance (sp)
I live in Illinois and we are mostly against the Safety Act, it's like a get out of jail free card for felons.
it's about time no more revolving doors..
He can’t end cashless bail 🤡
Unconstitutional .It won’t be fair to Thise of low income or unafordability
isn't ROR essentially the same thing as cashless bail?
stop the corrupt bail laws
so it’s like puff diddy paying cash money but others can’t afford it so they put their property up
TRUMP is apparently taking a lot of headspace for the dems 😆🇺🇲🇺🇲 We love our country, and we voted 🗳 for this. The victims are very happy about this
Its kinda pointless to arrest homeless people if Judge is Going to release on pre-trial. So add a bond they won't get out until trial date which could be up to a year.
It's a way to make sure criminals don't spend too much time away from their 'profession'. Duhh?
interesting not sure a bad idea not sure a great one??
it means no or bond to get out free to go to rehab or anything like public intox when they let u out after 24hours only using cash bond to get out dont mean they doing away with bond period I never get that so fine with me I always use cash to bond out
What is the difference between “cashless bail” and being “released on own recognizance”??
bail completely contradicts the constitution. we are supposed to be innocent to proven guilty so why do you have to pay money
someone remind DT he's federal government not state government WTF 😆😆😆
