I guess I will travel to California when a multi million dollar home owner goes to work I’ll just move in. I will make sure it’s a Democrat house.
In Ala unless a squatter pays property taxes for 10 years them we have the right to make them leave. Quit catering to all these scum.

If homeowners go on vacation and a squatter moves in, does that mean the homeowner deserves to be homeless and all their belongings in the house (guns, money, treasures) can be taken or sold by the squatter?

this BS of letting squatters stay in the house that isn't theirs and not be thrown out immediately is absurd all I know is that there's a squatter in the house in Texas and the owner comes back and they don't get out I believe they have the right to shoot them
so why is it possible for the bank to be able to remove the sqatter, don't the same rules apply to the bank. a homeowner can't use the law to remove, why is the bank able to.
Homeowners who have squatter problems on their property have to hand the squatter an eviction notice then go down to the Constable's office and file a copy of the same eviction notice. (Squatters can be strangers, freeloader friends, non dependant children of legal age or hook ups who was invited into your home and refuse to leave or tenants that refuse to pay rent or can't pay rent. Basically anyone who does not have their name on the mortgage or property title.) Now that the squatter has been legally notified to remove themselves and their belongings from said property. If that is not done on or before due date you must return to the Constable's office with your paper work pay, a Sheriff to stand by while you forcibly evict the squatter. That particular procedure is currently actively practiced and has been active for well over 70 years in the State of Texas . So all this brouhaha is a waste to taxpayer money because it's eviction handled in local municipal courts.
if you go to a restaurant and order a big ass steak, and when it shows up you start on the baked potato, someone passing by can just snatch up that steak and keep it, and that's totally cool? that's fucking squatters rights in a nutshell, you weren't eating the steak at the time, so it's fair game... any rational person with more than two brain cells will tell you that's completely fucked.

yeah I'd like to know that question if anybody can answer it for me plus I have a question why is it so easy for the banks to get squatters out when they actually take over the house versus a homeowner getting the squatters out it seems to me the squatters have more rights against the homeowner than they do the bank in the court system for some reason can somebody answer that one for me

My question is if you own a house, why is it empty for squatters to move into? And if it's renters who quit paying rent there are avenues to remove them.

A squatter is nothing more than a trespasser. If the cops won't arrest them, then throw them out. It's not their property..
It's better than having them on the goddamn streets If I had a bunch of vacant homes , why not have some of them watch over my property and pay them and if I can help them get on there feet , I wouldn't mind as long as they keep my property clean !👍 I was homeless but a lot of good people no matter what color helped me ! Now I stay with the VA housing !

what I'm wondering is since the squatters have rights if I live in a house and they come and try to squat in my house while I'm living there and at a motel do I get my house back when I come home where does the squatter has the right because the rights that I have is changed my locks and lock them inside the house put stink bombs in there stink them out better yet stand My ground

I have two places. one a nice home that I grew up in and mother left it to me and another small one bed room house and a 3 bay shop and a 30×60 pole barn filled with hot rods and motorcycles and a camper. but to make sure no squatters move in. So I will randomly stay at go by and stay the night there. but I know all my neighbors and they would notice anyone that tried to squat. But Squatters have more rights going in their favor than home owners. and I dont care what anybody thinks. you will never convince me that since I have 2 places that I should give some sorry ass bums (doesnt matter whether or not they have a job. They didnt pay for it nor are the paying any bills or taxes on either place. I am and they will most certainly leave my homes⚰ if it is ever to happen. don't give a damn.but that is why I go by and stay at least 1 night a week if not more.
