Simple fact. He never would have been put on the ground, if he followed the lawful orders of the Cops.
so if the drug was not on Floyd's system the knee restraining would not have killed him . But no one knew it was in his system until autopsy . Not homicide or murder.

I love Charlie Kirk I do have to say that the officer that arrested George Floyd treated the man terribly if I would have been arrested for selling cigarettes outside of Market I would hope that they would not put a knee in my neck and hold me down on the ground like that I would hope that I would be treated better than that man was traded he asked for medical help and they denied him medical help he told them that he couldn't breathe and they continued to put their knee on his neck Charlie I love you brother 99% behind you but on this one thing I believe that police brutality happened that day because I saw it with my own eyes I'm sorry

They’ve been putting the knee on the neck since the caveman days. He swallowed the drugs when the cops pulled up. You can see the white powder in his mouth when he gets out of the car. The cops were polite and easy with him the put him in the car nicely then he started freaking out (because of the massive dose of drugs instantly in his system) they took him out of the police car and sat him down where he then started freaking out. Cops didn’t do a damn thing to that man.

george Floyd cause of death was cardiac arrest caused by the pressure on his neck according to the medical examiner. Not due to an overdose of drugs like our friend Charlie espouses. he took the drugs he likely had on him when police arrived as to not catch another drug charge, while in the midst of resisting arrest, those drugs hit. And he was already on multiple drugs. He overdosed. And whether they did the knee or not, he was overdosing. If he didn't resist and just got cuffed and put in the back, He would've overdosed anyways. The amount of drugs he had in his system were insane.

While I generally agree with Charlie, he’s wrong on this one. I don’t think George Floyd was a hero, but the cops DEFINITELY contributed to his death. I don’t want to see them pardoned.

The county medical examiner who conducted the autopsy listed Floyd’s death as a homicide and determined that the cause was “cardiopulmonary arrest complicating law enforcement subdual, restraint, and neck compression.” Dr. Andrew Baker who was the medical examiner stated all of this during the trial and the autopsy hasn’t changed. Yes he had fentanyl in his system but it was through the actions the police did that ultimately led to cardiac arrest and no evidence shows overdose to be present. Not to mention the county medical staff has been asked this numerous times long after the case and trial and it hasn’t changed once. I support a lot of his beliefs but I’m finding he doesn’t debate with politically knowledged individuals because his theory’s would be blown out of the water and it would hinder his stance.

It truly amazes me how white people omit their criminal behavior behind procedure. There is really something wrong with the internal workings of your heart condition. You can actually see injustice, take place right in front of your eyes, and you will excuse it away. The lack of compassion, and or mercy that is being displayed by this individual is truly amazing.
