It means everything to those who are marginalized and directly hurt by MAGA’s hate filled policies. If your base’s entire goal is to hurt other people, you’re not a good person. That’s why who you vote for matters. If you tell your gay friend that you support them, but then you vote for someone who wants to legalize hanging homosexuals, you’re not a good person, nor are you their friend. It seems like MAGA seems to be able to separate the person from the politics when it is them being horrific people towards their neighbors, but not when it comes to a woman running for office on policies that would benefit everyone. I believe there are absolute rights and absolute wrongs. That being said, I am a Make America Great Again Republican. I voted Democrat over 30 years ago but I grew up, paid taxes, had a family, and became a follower of Christ. Republicans are not perfect but they do not denigrate Christianity, they value life, and they honor the Law and expect others to do the same. That’s for me.
