I seen the Rene video and that was clearly on her part. It doesn't say if the the person pointed the gun at anyone. Granted he should not have been carrying a gun in his hand while walking up to them, but if he did not raise the gun toward the officers and he was legally allowed to carry a gun he committed no crime. Just because you have a gun in your hand and walk up to someone WITHOUT pointing it at them does not mean they had the right to shoot him with lethal force.
