Because they install fear in people cause they know if we decide as Americans to go against ice, they wouldn't be able to do anything because they would literally be facing billions of people. People are so scared that they forget. There's more of us than there is of them. If Americans are saying that they don't want something, then the government should be able to give the people what they want. Cause they know they won't win if people stand up and fight back
