Discounts range up to 80%, with most drugs matching international “most-favored-nation” prices. These agreements mark the biggest direct-to-consumer price cuts in decades, aiming to make life-saving treatments affordable for millions of Americans while forcing Big Pharma to compete globally instead of overcharging U.S. patients.
