We don’t need it to be daylight at 4:30 am in the summer. If it’s such a pain leave daylight savings time as the new standard. So for everyone that is for this it will be light at 4:30 am and by the time August hits will be getting dark around 7. I feel this is something that should be voted on not just because some dumbass politician wants it.
