The defense department has also blocked Ukraine from using British/French Storm Shadows/SCALP missiles based on them using U.S. intelligence for targeting. Trump literally is aiding Putin and has been since before his second term. He held up several aid packages when Ukraine most needed them or had some momentum. Ukraine being able to hit staging grounds in Russia saves lives in Ukraine. Stop tying the Ukrainians hands.

As Long As Trump is in 100% honest with Ukraine what the hell is it to him what they use as far as retaliation methods. Russia doesn't seem to have a problem with using whatever they got of their disposal to try to kill off everybody in Ukraine so they can take over the country. whether Ukraine has certain missiles or any kind of ammunition to at least be able to keep their country and their citizens safe against Russia
