My daughter got a DUI 2nd. So they offered her 5 years on probation or 6 months prison. She took the 6 months. When I asked why? She was like I’m 26 yo. I don’t want to give up my last years in my 20s.

No bruh, she did right. 20 days and it’s a done deal. Two years…Piss test,calling in to the probation office, they checking -up on you at you job. She did make the decision, think about it !

what is dumb is taking 2yrs probation,knowing you can't commit to the rules of said probation,end up doing the original incarceration longer than 2+ years she choose what was right for her🤔
