Just one thing out of many. A white man with no highschool diploma or skills will get a job before a black man will with a college degree and all the skills the job prefers. That's a fact. Don't believe me? Fill out an application, of course for the same job and do it as I said above. You'll see which one gets the call if they do call either of them.
