I'm so glad my home is on my 5 acres and NOT in an HOA!
I bought a house that cost more than the one I wanted. But the 1 I wanted was in an HOA and I said Yeppers no thanks.. Pay enough for the damn house not going to be told what can be in my yard, the color of my house, or pay for shitty services I will never use.. I purchased the more expensive home but I'm not in an HOA.
