She is a cop and they were together at some point. She had no legal right to shoot him as when she pulled the trigger he was walking away and had his back to her. If she wasn’t a cop she would have been charged for murder based on that fact. The only thing she has the right to do was charge him with attempted rape, and he’s not suing. He’s dead.
