How many people have been in front of a large city meeting? Please raise your hands and be counted. When you appear for a meeting like this, it's for a specific reason that is ON THE AGENDA as there may be all kinds of business to be covered. If it is a singular specific hot-button topic it is publicized usually for weeks or months prior to that meeting. So far I have not been to one that doesn't specify the topic(s) and expected behavior and often have to acknowledge the rules by signing your request to be heard. That is not the beginning of her rant and her behavior is "lacking". BYE BYE!

Arizona is a territorial state... that means the state constitution gives them certain powers that can supercede the federal constitution and laws... after suing in each level of state court... she can then sue in the Arizona federal district court...if loses there ... she might be allowed to sue in the federal court of appeals..and might be successful... but this process could take 5 - 7 years....so territorial states and commonwealth states do pretty much what they want... until federal courts make comply with the federal constitution
