Although he may be justified in detaining her, his choice of words and threats is highly personal and questionable! "If she MOVES again he's threatening to shoot her"? Now what if his weapon accidentally discharged??
After doin a lil research.....thus woman was arguing with a man. At some point she ran to her car and got a gun. While running back to where the man was, she dropped the gun in front a crowd of witnesses (one of which was a security guard) Based on my research she was trying to pick up the gun to complete her original task of unaliving the male. So, by all accounts it seems the security guard was justified. After all, a woman scorned, or in her feelings usually isnt the most compliant. You can thanl me later! Tiz The Locsmith

You work for the citizen. Hee or no other cop is justified in brandishing a lethal weapon against an unarmed citizen.
