honestly I think if they bank makes a mistake or fails to keep their ATMs in working order which leads to people getting money in anyway they should just bite the bullet and own up to the mistake. like if a bank adds $9,000 to the wrong account and it isnt noticed within 5 business days. that person should have legal claim to that money. same with the ATM failure. if that shit spits out 3mil its not always random. they're probably not doing upkeep on the machine often enough. count that as a loss. the act as if that money isnt insured
the bank should've given he a reward because she save them money and called the police this could have been somebody else there and didnt get no money back so how are they being so greedy or shall I say ungrateful she deserves more than that
