you can tell the difference in a real gun and a fake gun. Real guns are pretty dayum heavy...There is definitely a noticeable difference when you're holding it. It can be hard to tell if you're just looking at it sometimes, but come on now...

My airsoft guns have the caliber 9MM stamped into the chamber and it has serial numbers. There almost impossible to tell its fake
l high point is not junk they are heavy and clunky but accurate as hell and indestructible i have 3 1 for each truck

Highpoints are what tweakers swing. They only have 1 bullet. It's a gamble if they still got it or not.
The cop needs quite a bit more familiarity with guns and that's obvious, but I must admit that he did in fact know that the quality and reliability of a high point pistol is unacceptable as a dedicated personal defense weapon.
