The headline should read Elijah the DRIVER pulled a gun on a off duty officer, not the other way around
that officer caused a scene that didn't need to occur, fat ass just abusing his power, he could have slowed and let that other car in but he had to speed up and hit him on purpose, guess the DD down the street was closing and he was in a hurry. didn't seem like he really cared about public on other side of road firing all those shots
he could have just let the dude over instead of having an ego about it. could've prevented the whole thing.
Justified. Just like his own family stated. He should have chose a better live to live. Hitting someone and pulling a gun on them because you don't know how to drive. Got him far didn't it.....

Dude pistol whipped him in the face after cutting him off, when he could have and should have waited his turn and slowed his ass down and got behind dude instead of forcing him to hit his car bullying his way into the lane when there wasn’t even room for his car in front of dude… so why is the article written as though this guy was “shot and killed” by some tyrannical off duty monster of a cop? Dude pulled a gun on him and smashed him in the face with it and then pulled it into his pocket and back out again to aim it at the man, and now he’s the victim?
