problem is the cop didn't let him in. dude had the rite of way to merge. alot of people do this shit. when 2 lanes go down to 1 lane you zipper merge. it keeps the traffic moving. or just line up with everyone else and complain your stuck in traffic.
cop could've and SHOULD'VE avoided accident by letting him in....just by putting on his brake 3 seconds lightly btw he could of avoided whole confrontation....

if the officer would have just let the guy in it would have been a better day for the victim, I know people shouldn't cut other people off only to be one car ahead of them but that's the problem we don't have to let them in especially if they aren't using a blinker and most of us won't let them in but from experience I've had more road rage issues not letting them and zero issues when I just let them in just saying.

I’m black and this cop did nothing wrong. The person that cut him off, trying to get into the next lane because of the construction shouldn’t have come out with a pistol to the cop with no reason. Could’ve very well slowed down and got into the lane behind if possible or waited for an opportunity to merge. Those are means for self-defense. Did he need to kill him no but if you walk up on somebody with a loaded pistol and hit him in the face you’re gonna get shot.
