In March 2016, a Fort Worth police officer, identified as Officer W. Figueroa, was recorded on video spraying mace (pepper spray) at a group of motorcyclists as they drove past him on a highway. The incident, captured on both a helmet camera and police dashcam/body camera, led to a police investigation and public outcry. Shortly after the incident and the conclusion of the investigation, Officer Figueroa was reportedly promoted to sergeant.

Back in 1994 the USAF promoted a major to LTC after an investigation showed he was negligent in keeping classified documents classified by not securing them in the proper safe for safe keeping. Need To Know stuff that none mission essential personnel should have seen. sitting on a table in the common area of the Alert Barn. Aim High Fighter pilots are intiteled and protected.
