Police departments, need 2 stop the quotas of how many arrests a police officer makes.A lot of the arrests r freaking unnecessary, the Cops sometimes even escalated the situation & some don't even know the laws.

You do not have a right to know what you’re pulled over for before giving law enforcement an ID. He doesn’t have to tell you anything.
