I hate people like Joel. How does he have the audacity to treat an employee like Clara unfairly and rudely due to her age and how able she is to do her job then have the audacity to put his hand in her face, tell her not to cry about it and get it done? It sucks that people like him can mistreat someone like Clara without caring about them and their feelings. If I am Clara in this video I would be crying.
Joel likes firing a elderly lady named Clara, mistreating her and having her quit the job by making it hard on her to do because he assumes she's too slow, lazy and old. Joel is judging Clara based on her age and how able she is to do her job. Joel is showing ageism and ableism. Joel needs to learn that providing discrimination/prejudice based on any appearance/circumstance instead of bad character is never okay to do. What Joel's doing is so ridiculous and rude.
