He needs to judge the book not it's cover. Appearance is permanent which is the cover and doesn't last. Character is eraseble which is the book and does last. Character is Effort, Teamwork, Work, Action, Respect, Talent, Honestly, What we do, What We Say and How We Say it. Appearance is Race, Zodiac Sign, Gender, Age, Language/Acent, Religion, Region and How we look.
No you aren't good at judging people based character. You good at judging people based on appearance. Judging people based on character is judging people based on how they act, based on their attitude, based what they say and based on how they say it. Not based on their size and gender.
