The only thing I hate about Shaniqua's boss ( Barry ) is that he only treats people fairly and with respect if they are white which is racist. Barry is all wrong for saying that black is not beautiful and for firing Shaniqua because she casted black models instead of white ones for a beauty campaign of lip scrub and because of her race, name and hair. Shaniqua casted black models for the beauty campaign because Barry's client Jim talked to him about making it inclusive for the company and his boss LA' Quisha. If Shaniqua didn't cast any black models for the campaign of lip scrub LA' Quisha would have cancelled it. Barry wants to close his deal so he can pay his own rent but he doesn't want to do his job the way that he's supposed to and he wants to fire an assistant of his for doing her job the way she's supposed to based on her race, hair and name.
