you could fully cook the mix and use high quality beef before you fill the dough....we make homemade pastries with potato, carrots, celery, onion, pork, or beef, rutabaga, we found if we pre cooked the insides they would be done before the crust burned, we served with gravy or ketchup bake on greased pan 425° for start checking temp at 30 min. must reach 165,°in the middle.

okay everybody it looks good but remember the bread will fry quicker than the inside meat that is consisted of pork this is how you get worms in your body😲
