I'm 66 I've been eating pork chops language all my life the only thing I change from her recipe is the hot sauce but other than that I don't put me anything on my bread but other than that and cook it I'm down with the sandwich

Looks good. I would have put some hot sauce with the buttermilk. The vinegar in the hotsauce brings out the pork. Then use cayenne pepper in the flour to adjust the heat level. Looks good you way
