jack the car up on that tie rod it will lock it in place
now if you would use a 8mm on the top of that stud to hold it it would come off look at the end of the stud you see it
use a impact drill that will help you and use a jack to push up on the tie rod so it won't spin while you are loosing it.
cut a straight notch on top of it amd use a flat head screw driver
