Law enforcement has turned into a cartel who could care less about people's rights. They would be more concerned about meeting their quota. Dont try and say they dont have a quota. Because I just watched how one city was caught that had a # of DUI arrests every officer must have each month. If not, there were consequences. It is all about the Benjamins.
