I'm going through heart failure and am at high risk of aortic dissection. every encounter I have with hospital staff and EMS it's always irritability. I've had to call the ambulance a few times never been the same EMS twice. people medical emergency staff have lost credibility and morals. none of these people care about anyone but themselves anymore
