I understand you believe Officer have an off switch when a subject finally decides to comply and most do depending on their training and years on the force, but others find it hard to go from a life and death situation to calm and cool. It’s incredibly difficult to draw all those emotions back in and make your mind right when faced with encounters like this. Don’t get me wrong these two officers definitely need extensive retraining or their training department needs a new direction most likely both.
