The story doesn't sound right. Why would the arresting cops get jail time? Makes no sense. My guess is this guy was NOT fbi, but was a bounty hunter (based on what the cop said his vest had on it - Fugitive Recovery) and this guy released this to try and save face so he doesn't lose customers as a bail bondsman.
