The police wear body armor. This shooter was obviously not a killer, that or his CQB skills are lacking. A little tip for everyone: if your target is stationary, you have just caught them off guard, and you intend to kill them, go for the headshot. But once again, good prevails over evil, the cop learns a lesson in complacency, and taxpayers' money has been saved. It's a lot cheaper to zip them up in a bag and give them back to their family than it is to pay to house and feed them for the next 25 years for trying to kill a cop. All in all, this is a learning moment for everyone...lol
